Easy Chocolate Mousse Cups

Decadent chocolate cups filled with an easy yogurt & nut butter filling! They're only 3 ingredients, are so simple to make and are healthier for you too!

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, dark, etc.)
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter of choice (I used chocolate hazelnut butter & peanut butter)


  • Line a mini muffin tin with liners. Mix your yogurt and nut butter together in a bowl and place it in the fridge while you prepare the chocolate.
  • Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals until the chocolate is smooth. (Stir in between each interval.) Spoon a small amount of chocolate into each liner and use a spoon to spread it all over the bottom and up the sides. (Make sure to fully coat the inside of the liner. It's ok if the layer is a little thin.)
  • Then add a small spoonful of your yogurt mixture into the center of each liner and completely cover it with your remaining chocolate. Place the cups in the fridge to harden until you're ready to eat.
