Raspberry Chocolate Chip Sorbet
Sweet, tart and loaded with chocolate! This tasty summer treat is only 4 ingredients and there's NO ICE CREAM MAKER required!
Servings: 4 servings
- 3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (see directions below on how to freeze fresh raspberries)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup (add 1 more Tbsp if you prefer a sweeter sorbet)
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ½ cup chocolate chips, chopped (use dairy free if needed)
*To freeze fresh raspberries: Spread your berries out on a tray and place them in the freezer for 2 hours to overnight. (For the best results, freeze them overnight.
I would definitely suggest chopping up your chocolate chips before adding them to the sorbet. This makes it easier to scoop after it sets up in the freezer.
