  • 3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (see directions below on how to freeze fresh raspberries)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (add 1 more Tbsp if you prefer a sweeter sorbet)
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, chopped (use dairy free if needed)

  • Place your raspberries, lime juice and maple syrup in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pour the sorbet into a large bowl and stir in your chopped chocolate chips.
  • For soft serve sorbet: Eat immediately!
For a firmer sorbet: Pour your mixed sorbet into a plastic container and cover it with a lid. Place it in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours or until is reaches your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

*To freeze fresh raspberries: Spread your berries out on a tray and place them in the freezer for 2 hours to overnight. (For the best results, freeze them overnight.
I would definitely suggest chopping up your chocolate chips before adding them to the sorbet. This makes it easier to scoop after it sets up in the freezer.
