This pepperoncini tuna salad is a little tribute to my husband’s childhood. (He was actually the first one to introduce me to the tuna + pepperoncini combo.) As a kid, his mom would often pack it for his school lunches. As adults, we both love serving it with crackers or sandwiched between whole wheat bread slices. You can’t go wrong with this creamy & tangy combo!
