And the holiday treats just keep on coming...Today’s edition? SALTED PEANUT BUTTER PRETZEL BARK!🤗

It’s pretty obvious by now that I love making homemade gifts. And chocolate bark is just so easy to make! All you do is melt your favorite type of chocolate, spread it out on a pan, sprinkle on some fun toppings & BAM- that’s it, you’re done! (So easy right?!😉) And this sweet & salty version is definitely one of my favorites!😍
1. Because you just can’t go wrong with chocolate & peanut butter.🤤
2. It’s only 5 ingredients!🙌🏻
3. There’s actually a whole serving of veggies in there because I used @fromthegroundupsnacks butternut squash pretzels!😱
Not to mention that it’s gluten free too & looks like a party on a plate!🕺🏼 What are you all making for the holidays?

SALTED PEANUT BUTTER PRETZEL BARK🥨🍫
3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 cup @fromthegroundupsnacks butternut squash pretzels
Sea salt
.
1. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl & heat in the microwave at 20 sec intervals until completely melted. Pour the chocolate onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
2. Place the peanut butter chips & peanut butter in a separate bowl & repeat the heating process. Drizzle the melted peanut butter in lines over the chocolate.
3. Take a knife & swirl them together. Sprinkle the crushed pretzels and sea salt over the top.
4. Place the tray in the fridge until the chocolate is hard. Once hardened, cut or break apart the bark & serve!

Would you believe me if I told you this PALEO BBQ SALMON was actually from a meal delivery service??😱 Yep, I was shocked too!

This time of year is always so busy for me & sometimes the last thing I want to think about is what to make for dinner.🙅🏼‍♀️ That’s why I was so excited to try these @factormeals fresh & ready to go meals! Each one is chef prepared, preservative free, gluten/refined sugar free AND tastes just like you spent hours making yourself one elaborate home cooked meal.👩🏼‍🍳 (When really it only took about 5 minutes to heat it all up.😉)

Attention babes: @peanutbutterco is hosting a virtual cookie exchange this December & I’m so incredibly honored to be a part of it!🥰 And as one HUGE peanut butter lover, I just couldn’t think of a better cookie to share! These babies are completely gluten free, refined sugar free & basically made with everything I could find in my pantry... Aka loaded with all the goods!😉 Because let’s be honest, who wants a skimpy cookie right?!🙅🏼‍♀️

Loaded Holiday Peanut Butter Cookies🍪
1 cup @peanutbutterco white chocolate peanut butter
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Whisk the egg in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients & stir then together with a large spoon. (For the best results, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes - 1 hour.)
2. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls & place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them slightly & press a few more chocolate chips on the top of each cookie.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before taking them off.
