Raise your hand if you LOVE Mexican food! (If you could see me right now, both hands AND feet would be raised – if that’s even possible. 😉 ) But that’s why I love Cinco de Mayo! In my opinion, it’s just an excuse to eat ALL THE FOOD and make ALL OF THE THINGS! So I’ve complied a list of all my favorite Cinco de Mayo recipes to help make your menu planning this year a little bit easier. Check them out below!

Cheesy, spicy, creamy and everything in between! This is hands down the most requested appetizer recipe I’m asked for and it’s so easy to make too! All you need is a handful of ingredients, some chips and you’re good to go!

THIS! If there’s one dip you need to make this Cinco de Mayo, it’s this one loves! It has all the flavor of your favorite Mexican street corn but lightened up and turned into a tasty dip!

If you love salsas that are full of textures and flavors, then THIS is the salsa for you! Hearty black beans, fresh corn, crisp bell pepper and topped with creamy avocado chunks! This salsa has it all!

A classic Mexican dish! We eat SO MUCH ceviche in our house that I’m surpised we haven’t turned into little shrimps by now! So this recipe definitely had to make the list. (I know some people can be a little intimidated by ceviche, but it’s so easy to make! Here I’ve “dumbed it down” for you and give easy step-by-step instructions on how it’s made!)

One of the MOST POPULAR recipes on my blog! Basically think “ceviche” but made with precooked shrimp so it takes half the time and is still full of flavor! (It’s a great option for a quick meal-prepped lunch too!)
