  • lbs. chicken breast (about 4 large chicken breasts), cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 3 Tbsp Jerk seasoning*
  • Pineapple, cut into cubes (can be fresh or pre-cut)
  • 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into cubes

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat. (We set ours to 400 degrees.) Spray your grill with non-stick cooking spray once it's hot.
  • Place the cubed chicken in a plastic bag and add your jerk seasoning. Shake the bag until the chicken is fully coated. Once the chicken is coated, prepare your kabobs by placing the chicken, pineapple, bell peppers and onions on the metal skewers. (Make sure to alternate between each!)
  • Place the kabobs on your grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning once half way through.
  • Serve immediately!

*My favorite jerk seasoning is by McCormick.
