¼-½tspchipotle chili powder (depending on how spicy you want your salmon)
For the peach salsa:
2large peaches, diced
¼of a red onion, finely chopped
2-3limes, juiced (depending on how "tangy" you want it)
To make the salsa:
Mix the ingredients for your salsa together and keep it chilled in the fridge while you prepare your salmon.
To make the salmon:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix your spices together and season both sides of your salmon fillets. Place the fillets in your prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. (The salmon should flake easily with a fork once it's done.)
Serve immediately with your peach salsa on top.
*If using salmon fillets with the skin on - Only season the tops of your fillets and place them skin side down on the baking sheet to bake.
