Who says chicken dinners have to be boring?!🤔 Because this one ain’t it!🙅🏼‍♀️ For this recipe I replaced regular broth in the sauce for Bare Bones Chicken Bone Broth & it was 100% the move to make!👌🏻 I love adding bone broth to all my savory dishes because it adds so much flavor, is anti-inflammatory & has immune-boosting properties.💪🏻 So you’re not only getting a super yummy meal but one that’s full of nutrients & is better for your body too!🤗

Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken🍅
4 chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves
3/4 cup @barebonesbroth chicken bone broth
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh basil, sliced thin
Salt & black pepper, to taste

1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat & season your chicken breasts with salt & pepper.
2. Once the pan is hot, spray it with cooking spray & sear your chicken for 2-3 minutes per side. Then transfer the chicken to an oven safe baking dish.
3. Next turn your burner down to medium low & sauté your garlic. Then add your bone broth, lemon juice & heavy cream & stir to combine. Then stir in your Italian seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes & parmesan cheese. (Keep stirring until the cheese has melted.)
4. Pour your sauce over the chicken in the baking dish & bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Serve immediately.

-Then spread your favorite chocolate hazelnut butter over the wrap & place your sliced strawberries on half.
-Fold the other side over your strawberries & fold it in half again.
-Serve & enjoy!

We eat salmon at least 1 a week at our house so I’m constantly coming up with new ideas for it. And this recipe is another winner!🙌🏻 Chili rubbed salmon is baked until flakey then brushed with a tangy garlicky cilantro lime butter! It’s to die for!🤤
And since February is dubbed “American Heart Month”, I used @bluecirclefoods Premium Norwegian salmon fillets that are rich in omega-3’s, protein & antioxidants. Not only does it taste amazing but you’re also doing something good for your heart too!🥰 Eating at least 2 servings of fish rich in omega-3’s appears to reduce your risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure & reduces your risk of stroke & heart failure.❤️

Roasted Salmon with Cilantro Lime Garlic Butter🧈
4 @bluecirclefoods salmon fillets
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees & spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place your salmon in the dish & mix your spices together. Then sprinkle your spice mix over the salmon and bake for 10-12 minutes.
3. When the salmon is done, heat your butter & garlic in a pot until the butter completely melts. Then add your lime juice & stir. Take your pot off the stove & stir in your cilantro.
4. Spoon your cilantro lime butter over your salmon & serve!

Nothing says happy December like some DARK CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT TRUFFLES!😍

Truffles were always a favorite of mine growing up. And I made (& ate) A LOT of them!😉 These babies are super simple to make, only require a handful of ingredients & have the best fudgy & minty center! Add a few crushed candy canes on top & you’ve got a tasty treat that just screams Christmas!!🎄 (Btw how do we not have a candy cane emoji yet?!🤔)

This salad is always a favorite of ours during this time of year! Crisp pears, tangy cheese, pomegranates, homemade candied nuts… It just has it all!🤗 And it’s so pretty to look at too! I love using Bartlett pears for this salad because they’re super flavorful & still have a crisp bite to them. And I’ve always found the best pears at @sprouts .😉 Whenever I’m looking for fresh produce I always head to Sprouts because I know they’ll have great quality products along with some fun unique varieties to try too! Loaded with veggies & cheesy goodness?! Sign me up!🙋🏼‍♀️ I’ve always been a huge fan of @panerabread (in fact I even worked at one all the way through college.) Which is exactly where I fell in love with their Mac & cheese. Super creamy, cheesy…you just can’t go wrong!🤗 And this pasta dish comes together in no time at all thanks to their grocery store Mac & cheese! I picked some up at our local Ralph’s the other day, came home & whipped this baby up in less than 20 minutes. Ohhh it’s so good!😍 And it’d be such a great side dish for Thanksgiving (or Friendsgiving) too! I’m saying YES to all the good food this holiday!

Primavera Mac & Cheese🧀
16oz. Panera Mac & cheese
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup yellow squash, chopped
1/4 cup zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
.
1. Heat oil in a sauté pan & sauté your garlic & red pepper flakes for 1-2 minutes.
2. Then add your veggies & Italian seasoning & sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3. Combine your veggies with the Mac & cheese & pour it into a ramekin.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
